On 02/15/13 at approximately 2307 hours officer Gunder was on routine patrol in the area of the 100 block of West All Saints Street. The officer noticed a subject that appeared extremely intoxicated: staggering and spinning in circles. Officer Gunder conducted a field inquiry because the subject didn’t appear old enough to drink alcohol. He asked the subject if he had been drinking? The subject replied no, I smoked spice. The officer obtained consent to search and found a small baggie of suspected synthetic marijuana in the subject’s pants pocket. The subject was issued a criminal citation and released.
