On today's date, members of the Frederick Police arrested a subject for trespass at 1000 Heather Ridge Dr.
On 01/25/2013 at approximately 2227 hours, members of the Frederick Police Department observed a subject known to them as the below listed arrestee seated in a vehicle on the property of Country Hill Apartments located at 1000 Heather Ridge Dr. Officers knew Disney to be trespassed from the Country Hill apartments property and they followed the vehicle across the street to 997 Heather Ridge Dr. and attempted to apprehend Disney for the trespass as he entered an apartment on the second floor of the building. A brief struggle ensued and Disney was eventually taken into custody.
