[ARCHIVED] Suspect Charged With Indecent Exposure and Assault

On September 28, 2012 the Frederick Police Department received a complaint from a female victim of an assault that occurred in the 1400 Block of W Patrick Street Frederick MD. Due to the serious nature of the allegations the case was referred to the Criminal Investigation Division of the Frederick Police Department for investigation. Detective Holler was assigned as the lead investigator in the case.

Detective Holler was able to determine that the suspect, Hector Amaya, had assaulted a female known to him and exposed himself in an indecent manner. Det. Holler obtained a charging document charging Amaya with Second Degree Assault and Indecent Exposure.

Detective Holler served the charging document on Hector Amaya on Wednesday January 23, 2013 in the 1400 Block of W. Patrick Street Frederick MD.
