Frederick Police, along with assistance from MD Transportation Authority Police, has been able to file charges on two subjects in reference to thefts from motor vehicles. These thefts occurred on 12/14/12 in the parking lot of the Frederick Indoor Sports Center. There was personal property stolen from three separate vehicles, and access was gained by breaking out car windows. The vehicle owners were inside the business when the thefts occurred. Through detailed investigation, two suspects were identified and enough evidence was discovered so that charges could be placed. One of the subjects is already incarcerated, and his warrant has been sent as a detainer. The other suspect is still at large.
