On Wednesday January 2, 2013 at approximately 1426 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the report of a residential burglary in the 1600 block of Berry Rose Court. Upon arrival OFC Weaver contacted the victim, who advised that someone broke into her apartment between the hours of 1100 and 1415 hours, while she was gone from the residence.
