On today's date the Frederick Police Department made a trespassing and 4th degree burglary arrest.
On 12/13/2012 at approximately 7:07 AM, Frederick Police responded to the 100 Blk of North Market Street for a burglary in progress call. Upon arrival at the scene, officers contacted the complainant/victim who stated she was checking several condemned apartments she owns and found subjects sleeping inside. After confirming no one should on the property, officers made entry and began searching the area. While checking the rooms officers located a W/F, later identified as Fraley, Maiza Nichole, sleeping on a mattress. At that point, Fraley was taken into custody and no one else was found inside. Once officers gathered all of Fraley’s information, she was transported to central booking for processing. After being processed, Fraley appeared before a district court commissioner and was released on personal recognizance.
