INCIDENT/ INFORMATION On the above date and time OFC. Keesecker of the FPD Patrol Division responded to a theft complaint at the Weis Festival Market at 488 Prospect Blvd. The suspect, Elbasha, was being detained by store security for shoplifting. While searching the suspect incident to arrest the stolen items from the store were recovered and additional items were found in Elbasha’s purse. Numerous prescription pills of various types were found in her possession that were not prescribed to her. These controlled substances were seized prior to the suspect being transported to Central Booking for processing.
