Frederick Police Department detectives investigate shots fired case...
On 11/5/2012, at approximately 1434 hours, the Frederick Police Department responded to the area of Pennsylvania Ave. and Hope Alley for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, it was determined that several shots had been fired in the area. The suspect was described as a black male in a red sweatshirt that was seen running from the area. Witnesses reported the suspect may have gotten into a red minivan. There is no additional suspect information available at this time.
This case is actively being investigated by the Criminal Investigations Division of the Frederick Police Department.
